The time has come...

for me to move home.

Living away from home has really taught me so much! I honestly have no idea where to begin with that. The things I learned are things that you simply can't list out, but are very valuable to me. I've grown up lots and learned lots and really found myself. It's been great. That being said...I really miss home. I miss having a real home with my parents and the rest of my family. I have loved living with Kelsey and Kathryn, but I cannot wait to move home. I miss it. I miss my room. I miss my bed. I miss my parents. I miss West Valley. I miss my home.

I will be moving home in a little less than a month. I think that I will still be attending Weber...but we will have to see. I'm hoping that this move home will help me to kind of figure out where I want to go and what I want to do with my life. Planning my future seems to be quite a hard thing for me to do. It stresses me out beyond belief and that on top of stressful work and a stressful landlord is pushing me to my breaking point. I want to move home and be able to clear my mind and focus on what I think is important and what I feel is right for me.

I will miss being in Ogden though. I will miss Jenny. I will miss the Papa. I will miss the sketchy people. The hardest thing to me, will be the distance between my Jebbica and I. I love that girl. She is my bestest friend in the whole world, and it will hard to not be 5 minutes away from her. I know that moving will be ok though. She and I have a friendship that no distance can prevent. I love her to pieces and even though I won't be down the street, she will always be my bestest friend!

Anywho...so West Valley, I hope you are ready for me. I'm coming home!!

Orchesis!

Well folks...it's Orchesis time!! I can honestly say that I am soooo excited for this upcoming concert! This semester I was a part of Moving Co. and so I get to do the pieces they did in the last concert as well as the newly learned Watermark. I cannot wait! If you are interested in going and supporting the dance department at Weber let me know. It really is going to be a great concert and I hope that you can all come and enjoy it! Dancing is amazing and whether you do it or not, it is a means by which some people can communicate. As an art it really can move you in so many ways, and it's totally worth the $10 admission price. See you next week!

Birthday Boy!

Elder Wood's birthday is today! He is one of my best friends and I sure hope his day was fabulous. This is just a little tribute to him :)

We do what we do.

This week was the long awaited trip to Moscow...Idaho. Haha. ACDFA is a dance conference sort of thing that happens every year. Basically a bunch of schools come together and we take classes and perform choreography that gets adjudicated by professional dancers. That's basically it. We bond as a company and as dancers at Weber as well as with the other schools. There is obviously a bit more to it than that, but I just wanted to share some of the joys of our adventure! We got to know lots of great people and lots of great choreography. I absolutely loved this trip, but I'm glad to be home :) Here's a taste of ACDF:
Maddiskins and I are something like best friends :)

Super 8 is...not great...and this is where we stayed.

Oh my...the joys of modern dance. What a night :)

Jessica and I were bed buddies! Haha...I'm not very good at sharing the bed apparently. Whoops!

Turtle twins!

Ya...we're weird.

This is how we felt when we walked into our sick dog room that stunk like smoke and yucky hotel. Good thing Cherub has more spray than any normal person :)

All ready to perform!

Wyoming had a pretty dope bus. We wanted to play! Probably because we are...nerd terd herders haha.

We wanted to pose with Iron Man's wifey.

Here we all are! Jenn wasn't in this picture, but other than that, this is the whole group.

What a fun trip :) Our boys from Cali were ridiculous but made us laugh! The dancers and dances were amazing and I learned so much! Thanks Moving Co. for a great vacation! :)
